Looking for someone in their late 20's / 30's to fill our Second double bedroom in the 24th floor Penthouse. This spacious apartment is set over two stories with two large double rooms and a third set up as a office/ studio. All rooms are part furnished, kitchen with all appliances, a generous living/dining area perfect for entertaining or working from home, with two upstairs balcony's you get panoramic views of the O2, Canary Wharf, Shard & The City! Your room would also come with your own bathroom with bath located off main hallway. Other than the pub, we have lots of interests; keeping fit, cooking (and eating) good food, travelling and music festivals so if you’re into some of these then I’m sure we’d get along well! We like a social house where people feel free to relax in the lounge rather than spend all their time in their bedroom, so ideally we want someone who enjoys both sides of a chill weekend and going out. The One Eighty building is ideally located in Stratford with just a 6 minute walk to the station taking you to either The City or Canary Wharf in under 20 minutes! We also have the Westfield shopping centre just down the road, the scenic Olympic Park a stone’s throw away with a gym and Tesco literally just downstairs. The building has a 24 hour concierge, free secure bike lock-up, ultrafast Wifi and plans for a residents lounge / workspace. It also offers car parking.
