My name is Anna, and I am a 25-year-old medical student from Germany. For my final-year placement, I’ll be completing a two-month rotation at the Royal Victoria Infirmary. My partner, Felix, who is also a 25-year-old medical student, will be joining me for the same placement. We’re looking for a place to stay, and your apartment seems perfect for us. We plan to arrive in Newcastle on December 28th and stay until March 9th. We understand these dates are quite specific, but we’re flexible and happy to work around any arrangements that might be necessary. As tenants, Felix and I are tidy, respectful, and easygoing. We both enjoy cooking, reading, and exploring the outdoors—hiking and sports in general. We’re excited about the opportunity to get to know Newcastle, its surroundings, and more of England.
